All Sales Are Final

Thank you for your purchase from Amanda Skou Publishing. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been placed and payment has been processed.

Physical Books

All physical book sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical products, including cases of buyer's remorse or ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products & Printables

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales of downloadable printables and digital resources are non-refundable under any circumstances once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement copy.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.
